Job Description and Qualifications:

  • Global Head of the AI sub-practice under the ARAA practice across all RBUs.
  • Will be responsible for market leading competency development, building differentiating capabilities in AI/ML, build an eco system of partners and strategic alliances.
  • Drive business growth in this market leading area by working closely with Industry and other Practices.
  • Build critical mass and establish Atos AI capability in the leadership zone in analyst ratings.
  • Build strategic partnerships with product vendors, startups, academia.
  • Grow practice market share by creating market competitive capabilities and deliver value through thought leadership, innovation, quality of service.


Experience & understanding:

  1. Experience in managing large dispersed AI team
  2. Driven AI solutions using both in house as well as thirdy party market solutions/services
  3. Client centric and able to drive client conversations to create an opportunity and follow it to closure
  4. Build internal network of Key contacts within Industry, Global Ops, and Industry Ops teams to promote practice and AI offerings
  5. Create and sustain Strategic alliances with leading players
  6. Ability to drive innovation and experimentation to build differentiators
  7. Manage portfolio of AI offerings and keep it relevant to market as new technologies emerge
  8. Encourage teams to participate in hackathons, co-innovation, contribution to Open Source community solutions
  9. Experience showing unique style of thought leadership with clients, partners and teams - through client workshops, meetings, industry events, webinars, writing white papers etc.
  10. Build a powerful AI team around him consisting of right set of leaders across regions to grow the business.
  11. Create an ecosystem of AI champions within the organization to generate b usiness and drive growth, coach and enable sales and account teams, create opportunities for AI at current and new accounts
  12. Should have at least 5 years of solid experience in designing and delivering AI solutions to clients
  13. Ability to engage with universities and industry partners to execute R&D programs
  14. Must have experience in leading teams to deliver home built AI solutions or solutions built on other third party products and cloud services
  15. Maintain critical mass, increase team size, sustain Atos in market leadership position with highly competitive offering and value proposition
