Athens Center of Excellence is seeking for an enthusiastic Software Developer Manager to join our dynamic team.

 

Requirements

 

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Building, developing and growing excellent engineering teams through best practices in people management
  • Formulating, communicating and efficiently executing the team strategy, in alignment with corporate & organizational objectives
  • Ensuring and effectively contributing into top quality deliverables to secure constantly improving customer satisfaction
  • Driving and fostering continuous team innovation in technology, processes and software products

 

Education, Experience & Profile

 

  • Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science or Engineering; MBA degree considered as a plus
  • 7+ years of experience in, increasing responsibility, roles within software engineering disciplines (development, quality, support engineering)
    • Proven expertise in one or more software engineering disciplines
    • Advanced business acumen in the enterprise technology sector
  • Agile software development lifecycle
  • Strong track record of high quality deliverables through software engineering, release & support best practices
  • Solid programming & scripting skills
