Job Overview:  

Summary of Position

This role requires a strong sense of team, collaborative skills, a delivery focus with a strong sense of the platform impact and a customer service mindset. The role works closely with CDM team, Manager´s Team and PM´s. Role responsibilities are to deliver and support end-to-end, efficient, cost effective and reliable Software as a Service (SaaS) Platforms/Products through the full life cycle. This Narrative covers the role of Developer on the ServiceNow platform. 

Travel Requirements: No 

Physical Requirements: Good health, ability to see and speak english.

Your Life at Atos: You'll be responsible to support end to end administrative & IT activities to achieve business goals.

 

Responsabilities: 

  • Recruitment positions tracking 
  • Onboarding process for new joiners
  • Presentation guidelines 
  • Collaborate with othe team members on designing and keeping track on day by day information of all Engage Tea,. 
  • Liaison between the different areas by being an expert on requirements or supportings users in all Atos/Engage processes.
  • Seek an understand all guidelines to help team members on ticketing, setups, tracks, contacts info, etc.

 

What will make you successful:

  • Education: Last Semesters/Bachelor’s degree
  • Basic Excel Knowledge
  • English Skills written, speak, and understanding
