We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated and energetic team member who will join us as a full-time Project Manager and work as part of our team

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • B.Sc. degree in Computer/ Electronics/ Industrial Engineering or in a related area
  • Valid PMI PMP certificate
  • Proven 5+ years of work experience as a Project Manager or Service Delivery Manager in IT industry
  • Proven 10+ years of work experience in software development activities both in waterfall and agile methodologies
  • Experience in Mobile application development
  • Application of Project Management Processes, Methodologies and Standards such as PMBOK or PRINCE2
  • Utilisation of project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera and software lifecycle management tools such as JIRA
  • Experience in Manufacturing Industry is a plus
  • Application of CMMI is a plus

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Acts as a “servant leader” throughout the project:
    • Act as a high performing member of the project team, and constitues a role model
    • Provides a leadership to team and guides team development efforts towards successful project delivery
    • Communicates with integrity, dignity and honesty when collaborating with stakeholders throughout the project maintaining professional ethics
    • Endeavours to create a positive and trustful climate in the project
    • Maintains high standards of work within the team by establishing good practices and habits
    • Responds to customer needs in a timely fashion, troubleshoots issues and provides solutions when needed
    • Plans and supports preparation of project documentation presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner to a wide variety of audiences
    • Organizes and participates in peer-reviews of project outputs
    • Assesses opportunities for process and output (products/ services/results) improvement, and prepares documentation of rationale to share with stakeholders

 

  • Initiates, plans, executes, monitors & controls, and closes assigned projects whereby performing project management tasks:
    • Develops project management plan, then directs and monitors project work and knowledge
    • Performs integrated change control regarding all areas of the project listed below
    • Identifies stakeholders, ensures & monitors stakeholder engagement
    • Collects requirements, defines scope, creates WBS, validates and controls scope
    • Defines and sequences activities, estimates durations, then develops and controls schedule
    • Estimates cost, determines budget, and controls budget throughout the project
    • Estimates and acquires resources, develops & manages team, and controls resources
    • Manages and monitors communications between stakeholders
    • Plans risk management, identifies & analyses risks, plans & implements responses, and monitors risks
    • Plans, conducts, and controls procurements
    • Ensures quality management of project processes and outputs

 

  • Communicates with Atos higher management regularly, informs about project status, and behaves proactively for escalating issues that are out of PM area of authority

 

  • Cooperates with Atos corporate management teams for upcoming and current projects, and provides data to related Atos management tools:
    • Bid data such as proposal documents for upcoming tenders
    • Sales data such as order entry, expected revenue and project margin
    • Contract data such as contract conditions, SOW, and schedules
    • Financial data such as budget as initial business case, monthly actual costs, and budget estimate reviews conforming with accrual-based accounting, for being evaluated for project profit and loss
    • Team data such as personnel assignment, timesheet keeping approvals
    • Purchasing data such as service and license agreements, purchase orders
    • Accounting data such as invoices, cost accruals, revenue and WIP records
    • Risk management data such as risk register, response plans and risk budgets
    • Customer management data such as customer satisfaction surveys

  • Power user in Microsoft Office and open office applications
  • Very good command of both written and oral English 
  • No restrictions for travelling abroad temporarily
