Job Title: SailPoint IdentityIQ Implementation Engineer


Location: US Wide


As a SailPoint IdentityIQ Implementation Engineer you will be responsible for the implementation and enhancement of the SailPoint IdentityIQ product.


Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, many of which will be integrated as part of comprehensive cybersecurity solutions

- Cross train on other identity and access management tools and technologies in the portfolio

- Coordinate with other cybersecurity architects and subject matter experts as well as SailPoint technical experts to design and deliver innovative solutions and create business opportunities


Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related field

- At least 7 years in Identity Management consulting and project delivery

- At least 5 years architecting and leading SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations (hands on) including

- Application onboarding

- Customizing workflows, rules, and reports

- Creating and running certification campaigns

- User interface customization

- Patching and upgrading

- Troubleshooting failed processes

- Integrating with other solutions such as CyberArk and ServiceNow

- Experience using the SailPoint Services Standard Deployment Methodology

- Experience with other Identity Governance and Administration solutions is a plus

- The majority of project work will be remote but travel will occassionally be required for some projects

- Enthusiasm to learn new and emerging IAM and cybersecurity technologies

- Be a self starter capable of working independantly and as part of a team

- Be a valuable and contributing team member, taking guidance from others and executing on specific significant task

- Demonstrate strong skills in analyzing customer business processes and technical environments

- Demonstrate commitment to delivering projects within time and in budget and to a high level of customer satisfaction

- Proven command of spoken and written English (ability to write a publication quality level to recommend to clients)

- Information Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, QSA or CISM are a plus
