Industry Consulting Analyst – Industry Consulting Development Program

If that sounds like you, join us for this exciting career opportunity to accelerate your career as an Industry Consulting Analyst in our Resources & Services (R&S) industry! 

 

This role is an exhilarating evolution of traditional consulting. As an Industry Consulting Analyst, you will be part of a team of senior client executive partners and client partners who are responsible for leading an account team in delivering R&S solutions. In this engaging development program, you will learn about the industry – from energy and utilities to retail and hospitality. We will give you firsthand experience with executive engagement, client expectations, value reinforcement, financial literacy and cross-selling opportunities. You will help deliver a continuous flow of business ideas and opportunities, while securing relationship and performance feedback.   

 

The Industry Consulting Development Program  is crafted to immerse you in the R&S business through three, strategic rotations:   

  • In Sales, you will focus on Atos core sales training enabling you to better understand our offerings and how we bring them to our customers.  
  • In Finance, you will train and support as a Financial Analyst to increase your financial business literacy through training and on-the-job experience. 
  • In Delivery Operations, you will learn the principles of project delivery while continuing your on-the-job training working with external clients.   

 

Throughout this program, we will invite our consulting leaders to educate you on our solutions, processes and Atos.  At the completion of these rotations, you will have the opportunity to choose your career path within Sales, Finance or Delivery Operations of R&S.  

 

Your goal will be to learn about the Resources and Services practice to support account building which is achieved through client satisfaction and fostering positive relationships. The characteristics of successful Industry Consulting Analyst candidates include:

Your Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computers Science, MIS, Business Information Technology, Supply Chain Management or related field. 
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0. 
  • Proven excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills. 
  • Proven analytical skills. 
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and as an active member of a team.
