Remote position

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience with ServiceNow
  • Basic understanding with the following ServiceNow modules:
  • ITSM (Incident/Problem/Change)
  • Service Request / Workflow design
  • CMDB
  • Integrations with 3rd Party applications using XML
  • An understanding of some web technologies such as HTML, CSS, XML, JavaScript/AJAX
  • Ability to analyze and assist in the requirements gathering process
  • Able to work US hours


Nice to have qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
  • 4+ years experience with ServiceNow
  • Experience with some additional ServiceNow Modules/Skills
  • Understanding of basic ServiceNow development skills using ACLs, UI Policies:
    • Includes, Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Actions, Email Notifications, and form design


Some activities will include:

    • Working Level 2 tickets to resolution
    • Development of knowledge articles
    • Gathering business requirements
    • Change passwords
    • Adding users to groups
    • Building some Catalog Items/Service Requests
