Account Director The Account director is dedicated to an Industry and in charge of managing and developing profitable commercial relations within specific accounts. The Account director acts as a support for (G)CEPs and leads the building & management of a profitable deal pipeline within existing accounts in a dedicated Industry. He/she is one of the main points of contact of customer stakeholders and participates in the identification and management of growth opportunities within the account along with the (G)CEPs/CPs. Main Responsibility Commercial development/ Account management ► Manage end-to-end sales activities from deal pipeline to offer sign-off for farming of accounts, pulling through entire Atos portfolio and capability ► Make decisions jointly with (G)CEPs as required, regarding portfolio management and deals to pursue ► Lead or participate in the Go-to-market cycle: – Assist (G)CEPs to define account commercial strategy and elaborate account planning – Lead development campaigns within the account and manage all stakeholders involved in the account management & bid process (e.g. marketing and product teams, offerings specialists, bid managers, alliance & partners etc.) – Supervise the pre-sales phase, ensuring that suggested solutions are in line with client expectations and Atos standards (level of price, etc.) to improve customer satisfaction – Lead or support the (G)CEP during the Rainbow process for account-specific opportunities ► Support the (G)CEP in all recurring and operational commercial development activities within account management: – Construct and reinforce high-impact relationships with customer stakeholders & ensure client customer satisfaction – Pitch ideas to the customer, organize demonstrations of proof of concepts and assist bid teams in answers to bids and tenders – Use consumer insights to develop and launch sales campaigns or contribute to complex tender documents – Review solutions and offer insights and analysis to solution teams to develop technology for clients and win new profitable business Build an internal and industry-specific knowledge ► Contribute to the development of new products & Industry-specific solutions through the identification of customer needs People Management ► Support (G)CEP in leading and functionally managing a dedicated sales & pre-sales team (Sales, Solution Manager, Industry Expert, etc.) ► (Account director only) Reskill and manage the account manager community Business KPIs ► Account Order Entry ► Account ER ► Acct. Project Margin ► Account cash improvement ► Account qualified pipeline ► Account NPS ► ABP quality
