Key responsibilities for the role:  


  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively with the customer's business areas, as well as with IT teams, presenting virtual and face-to-face workshop sessions; 
  • Must be able to map business requirements, conduct business process definitions and present the most appropriate solutions to the customer; #Li-Netherlands
  • Responsible for the design of the functional solution, configurations, training and testing of Oracle Cloud; 
  • Prepare documentation and work with IT staff to support business requirements; 
  • Location: Home Based - 60% Remote 



To be successful in the role:  



  • Prior implementation experience in Oracle Health Insurance (OHI)  & Billing products, preferably  US Health care services industry.  
  • As least 5 to 6 years of experience OHI developments, like integrations, extensions. 
  • Expertise in web service foundation using XML framework and batch processing   
  • Good knowledge in Oracle utilities like application framework and development  
  • Good understanding of CDF, DP, Kafka, Streamset from integration prospective  
  • OHI Configuration and development tool 
  • At least 12 years IT experience seasoned with Oracle ERP related technology and specialized in OHI 
  • Proficiency in English, Dutch is considered a plus
