As a consultant you will be at the centre of diverse thinkers and skillsets, working collaboratively to deliver extraordinary outcomes. No two days will be the same, but they will all be rewarding.  
The ideal candidate will need strong business acumen as they will be expected to play a senior role holding delivery responsibility and different roles in growing the business. It is important you can adapt towards different circumstances for building client relationships and managing complex engagements. 
You will be responsible for high-profile client projects along with obtaining timely data and providing comprehensive analysis of results to deliver clear strategic insight. This could be in the range of implementation of new business strategies to the improvement of existing business processes. It is important to be able to explain complex, technical, and sensitive issues in simple, straightforward, and intuitive ways. Our clients rely on you for having an integral perspective and to provide the necessary analysis to back this up. 
 

Your role at Atos

 

Client Engagement 
•    Consulting directly with clients 
•    Building and maintaining the relationship with clients to drive lasting account growth  

 

Leadership 
•    Leading consulting engagements within the financial services and insurance practices 
•    Selecting resources for delivery of an engagement  
•    Working in close-proximity with the clients, account teams, and the delivery teams to identify business-related problems and present outcome-based solutions 
•    Providing billable consultants on projects with guidance related to the engagements and clients they are working with and on behalf of 
•    Being responsible for the mentoring and training of junior consultants  
•    Developing thought leadership within the firm, writing papers, and producing case studies  

 

Delivery 
•    Playing an active role in new business opportunities  
•    Being responsible for ensuring that all solutions are delivered in a manner that is quality-driven, meets internal standards, and the expectations of the client  
•    Actively participating in the development of internal standards, processes, procedures, methodology, and services  

 

What we are looking for
•    Bachelor or Master’s degree level 
•    Preferably 7+ years of experience in consulting for financial services and/or insurance organizations  
•    Experienced in operating with IT environments 
•    Know-how of managing multiple stakeholders in a matrix environment
•    Hands on experience as a Project Leader
•    Great communicator
•    Pro-active
•    Flexible working attitude
•    Fluent in English and Dutch
•    Willing to travel and work remotely as and when required
