About the role:


Within the Digital Technology Strategy & Innovation (DTS&I) Consulting practice, we are looking for a Consultant to strengthen our team. You are passionate about technology solutions, but also have a strong affinity with today’s business challenges and future of work.

As a Consultant you will work on exciting and challenging projects to support our clients with their IT Transformations. Our Employee Experience team is responsible for working with clients to define, design and implement the next generation of the future of work. We do this from a holistic approach and manage co-existence and/or transition from old to new world of work. We focus on turning technology into business value and are relentlessly innovative, for and with our clients.

Technology has transformed the way that most of us work, but now is the time to genuinely become more efficient and effective, breaking through layers of complication and inertia. We are ready to address the changes in the very nature of the way we think about work and these can catalyze a breakthrough in the productivity paradox.

The Atos Employee Experience Consultant team encompasses the latest tools and technologies, consulting capabilities, and new and existing partnerships with leading experts in the field, all underpinned by clear decarbonization objectives.

Next to project delivery we expect our Consultant to add value to our portfolio development, demonstrate thought leadership, support sales processes and keep their knowledge up to date with training. We offer you relevant and IT certified trainings.

We expect from the Employee Experience Consultant relevant experience in this area, like for example exposure to working with value streams and employee journeys like the capability to identify and define persona’s in the daily process execution. But we expect you also are familiar with modern solutions for workplace, collaboration and team interaction. And understanding the value of adoption and engagement with employees of our clients. We also expect good understanding of the organizational impact of these transformations. And finally, for the program


management aspect you have previous experience in project definition, planning and execution and a good understanding of agile methodologies.

What we expect from you:


  • Master’s degree in relevant area;
  • Likely to have 5+ years of experience in consulting activities in the area of complex IT transformations;
  • Some travel required; • Training and certifications in Digital Workplace solutions (fi Microsoft Office 365 and Sharepoint) are      desirable;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English;
  • Flexible working considered.
