Your role at Atos 

Data is at the core of our projects and solutions. As a (senior) Data Translator you are the guide for our clients in their data driven transformation. You will help them to create business value out of data and become a more data driven organization. You are comfortable working with data scientists, data analysts and at the same time know how to translate this to your business counterparts. Additionally, you have a decent understanding towards a more strategic level. You have a vision on how value can be created through effective use (and management) of data and applying analytics & AI. You are capable to help business leaders identify and prioritize their business problems, based on which will create the highest value when solved. You have experience and are comfortable with giving presentations to higher management.

You will be part of our DTC Benelux & Nordics organization with around 250 colleagues. Digital already powers 30% of worldwide growth – and that’s before the real digital transformation has begun. What we are looking for. What you bring:  

  • A completed Master’s degree;  
  • 1-2 years relevant working experience spot on for this position, longer working experience in related fields desirable (3-5 years); 
  • Preferably in an international business context (A Commercial Mindset, Experience in Project management, change management, Customer Experience);  
  • Demonstrable Business Consultancy Skills (Excellent communication and facilitation skills, Familiar with working in Agile environments such as DevOps, SAFe, scrum etc.);  
  • A vision on how value can be created through effective use (and management) of data and applying analytics & AI. For example demonstrated via published articles or papers in this field;
  • Willing to take an extra step and surprise the client with innovative and creative solutions; 
  • (Inter)nationally Mobile and willing to work at various client locations;   
  • Fluent in Dutch (preferred) and English;  
  • Preferable: Training and certifications in data technologies and tools, such as R, SQL, Python, Hadoop, KNIME . 


Your experience:  

  • Expertise in business analytics and data science to create insights that solve business challenges preferably with AI and IoT related projects;  
  • Experience with analytics and basic programming skills;  
  • Experience with use case assessments; 
  • Experience with requirements gathering around data, data processing and integration of analytics solutions in business processes; 
  • Educational/theoretical background in business analytics and AI, for example as a PhD or specific degrees;  
  • Understanding of successfully scaling AI projects; 
  • Understanding of data architectures, data models and data concepts.
