Reports To:

  • Senior VP, Delivery



  • Minimum eight years of healthcare implementation and consulting combined experience.
  • Minimum of four years of sales support, account management, and client management experience.
  • Minimum of four years of management experience, specifically at a manager or director level, within an healthcare, consulting or vendor organization (EPIC)
  • Ability to travel as required to client sites and other company-sponsored events


Financial Tasks

  • Provide utilization analysis for Practice on a quarterly basis.
  • Consolidate and report on average rate, total revenue, FTE and subcontractors quarterly
  • Include beginning of quarter headcount, employment hires, subcontractor hires, termination, and end of quarter headcount.
  • Perform subcontractor financial and profitability analysis
  • Include listing of subcontractors, bill rates, compensation hourly rate, hours billed.


Sales / Business Development Tasks

  • Schedule, perform and report on all sales trips taken in the quarter and any trips planned for the next quarter
  • Actively support sales initiatives and provide a quarterly summary of any hot pipeline opportunities/issues.
  • Assist with and perform business development activities, analysis and special projects.


Delivery Tasks

  • Schedule, perform and report on all delivery related trips taken in the quarter and any trips planned for the next quarter
  • Maintain an active client report and share information quarter.
  • Include client name, consultants engaged, and all results in the quarter.
  • Manage all third party and subcontractor relationships and resource allocations for ATOS DHSC projects.
  • Direct and lead consultants (s) with their role, responsibilities

  • Represent ATOS DHSC in management meetings.  May be required to present our direction and philosophies to customers
  • Develop, coordinate and conduct conferences, seminars, and meetings as assigned.
