Lead the implementation & transformation of Telecom CRM & BSS modernization programs based on Vlocity / Salesforce Communications Cloud, Pega or other tools Mobilize the High Perming Teams to design, build, integrate, deploy the CRM and BSS systems Examples of CRM BSS systems are: ordering systems, billing systems, portal, app, contact center application, integration/API systems

 

Key consideration for the ideal candidate:
•    In-depth Telecom Industry domain knowledge from a business perspective. With business perspective is meant acquire new b2c/b2b customer, cross-sell revenue generating units like Post-Paid, Broadband Internet Access, TV/Video to existing customers to increase the Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) and reduce churn. 
•    In-depth understanding of Telecom Business process like Telecom Strategy, Product Management, Marketing & Sales, Customer Service, Ordering/Fulfillment, Assurance and Billing
•    Experience with the latest generation of IT. Buzz words are Microservices, Containers, API, Cloud, DevOps – missing in the previous candidates
•    Experience with TM Forum Integrated Business Architecture Frameworkx (Business Process-, Application-, Information Framework) + TM Forum Open Digital Architecture
•    Innovate personality. Always looking for the new stuff like 5G, Convergence, IoT and other new use cases like self-driving cars saleseforce & pega as a sign
•    In-depth knowledge of modern CRM platforms like Salesforce Communication cloud (Vlocity) and/or Pega for Communication Service Providers. Can also be ServiceNow for Communication Service Providers
•    In-depth knowledge of traditional BSS platforms from vendors like Amdocs, NetCracker, Comarch, Ericsson. For product catalog & ordering + Convergent Charging
•    In-depth knowledge of Customer Touchpoints like Contact Center, Retail shop, Portal, App, 3rd party retail/e-tail
•    In the past experience as business & IT program director. Nowadays experience as Agile Release Train Engineer. Can coach a Telco to transform the operating model to a scaled agile way of working
•    Can lead multi-disciplinary teams to implement a new software package
•    Experience with workforce management to execute “capacity & capability” management. The Atos Telecom CRM BSS workforce much be very fit
•    Experience with working in a virtual global team
•    Working on global level with Telco’s across the world.
•    Multi-Level relationships. Able to build relationships with Telco Headquarters, Telco regional offices + National Telco’s (Orange, Deutsche Telekom, Telefonica etc.)
 

Experience – >10 years as CRM / BSS Application Development director at a Telco operator and/or >10 years’ experience as implementation/transformation/modernization leader at Telecom CRM BSS vendor. Preferable Salesforce.com Communications Cloud (Vlocity) or Pega for CSP (alternative Amdocs, NetCracker, Oracle for Comms)
