We are looking for a Client Executive Partner with Pharmaceutical/ LS industry knowledge to join our growing team in Spain.

The successful candidate demonstrates internal industry expertise, senior management connections in the industry and knowledges to find new potential opportunities and builds & is an excellent partner with client until the successful handover to the bid/pursuit team.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Customer Management – Plan, Sell and Delivery Construct and reinforce relationship with customers.
  • Be positioned as a business partner of the client’s organization
  • Assume full end-to-end global P&L accountability for the client account
  • Be accountable for all dimensions of account, from sales to operational excellence in service and project delivery
  • Implement the Account Plan, growth strategy and ambition for his/her client(s)
  • Be responsible for clients partner relationship management
  • Portfolio development
  • Contribute to the development of new products through the identification of customer needs
  • Co-develop new Industry-specific solutions with customers and GCEX (for global accounts) or Industry Country Leader (for local accounts)
  • People Management Lead and functionally handle a dedicated core client management team (Sales, Solution Manager, Industry Expert, Delivery Executive, Program Managers).

 

Requirements:

  • Senior Sales / Sales Management Track Record
  • Pharma customers network
  • Strong Pharma/LS industry and market knowledge as well as delivery / technical knowledge and operational processes in the customer business environment
  • Ability to create and maintain relationships at the CxO level
  • A proven history of practice growth-revenue
  • Knowledge of current IT and digitization topics and trends as well as future technologies
  • Strong negotiation skills, Proactivity, High assertiveness
  • Leadership experience / quality, team mentoring, teamwork
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial thinking and acting
  • Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
  • Innovative, creative, dynamic, strong communication skills, goal-oriented
