Mission:

The Cloud Contact Center Consultant (CCaaS) will be working in a global Expert Team as a specialist, contributing with deep industry knowledge and a background as Contact Center Supervisor or Manager. You should be able to scope the services at the End-Customer, knowing from your experience what on top of the normal duties should be improved, how to schedule resources and understand typical roles inside a Contact Center such as Workforce Management, Quality Management etc. Your tasks will include support of local PreSales/Sales teams with customer meetings, demos, costing of service, response RfI´s and RfP´s etc.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Designing, calculating and provision of highly complex customer-specific solutions with an ensured delivery capability.;
  • Creation of customer documents such as "Scope of work".;
  • Expenditure costing for solution contents/services.;
  • Presentation & demoing of solution concepts for End-Users/Partners at management level;
  • Further development of solution scenarios.
  • Preparation and provision of information and documentation for multiplicative solutions.                               

 

Technical requirements:                                                                             

  • Work experience with Cloud Contact Center Solutions (CCaaS). Understatement of solutions such as NiceInContact Cxone; Genesys Cloud or similar will be an advantage.

 

Requirements:

  • Multi-year experience working in advanced Contact Center environment as Supervisor or Manager;                                                                                             
  • Team and action oriented; proactive in prioritizing own workload and be able to assign areas of responsibility to others;                                        
  • Customer facing profile with excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills;                       
  • Presentation & demo skills, able to run Workshops;                                                
  • Excellent time management;
  • Spoken and written fluent English, other languages will be an advantage.
