The Strategic Project Director reports to the North America Head of Customer Satisfaction and is responsible to lead and oversee the overall success of the programs that he has under his portfolio, providing strategic leadership through strong collaboration with cross functional leaders and the Business Senior Leaders.

PURPOSE
The Strategic Project Director reports to the North America Head of Customer Satisfaction and is responsible to lead and oversee the overall success of the programs that he has under his portfolio, providing strategic leadership through strong collaboration with cross functional leaders and the Business Senior Leaders.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Responsible for developing and delivering Strategic Program Plans that illustrate the end to end roadmap, driving the execution with strict management of accountability and timelines.
•    Lead project teams and planning and controlling complex portfolios or projects for cross business units using dispersed functional teams and applying planning, reporting and communications methods to manage dispersal.
•    Defining risk strategies, approaches and tools, managing risks, issues and assumptions on portfolio of complex projects.
•    Influence senior stakeholders to apply and follow Atos Standards and Customer Satisfaction Programs (Strategic Customer Satisfaction
•    Defining Project Requirements/scope with senior stakeholders and leading requirement definitions and acceptance methods to remove ambiguity.
•    Lead excellent relationships alongside Atos (internal and external) utilizing strategic negotiations where appropriated.
•    Documents implementation plans; oversees tracking and progress, identifies and escalates any barriers to implementation progress
•    Extensive experience in the Project Management Framework and on its different dimensions.

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE: 
•    Ability to drive large scale execution and be willing to interface at the highest level of the organization driving outcomes and challenging perspectives.
•    At least 6 years in IT services business working as a Project or Program Manager  with experience on  Quality & Customer Experience Programs and managing multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
•    Excellent communication skills, (both written and verbal), excellent interpersonal and presentation skills and be team focused 
•    Must have experience  in managing projects of Organizational Change Management programs and Quality Improvement Programs.
•    PMP/Prince 2 and ITIL V3 2011 Certified
•    Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, or a related field.
•    Entrepreneurial mindset with the accountability for the business’ performance, with exceptional attention to detail, have an ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines, have creative and innovative problem-solving skills, be self-motivated and proactive.
•    People Skills: Natural ability to get along with people and establish strong and meaningful relationships with others. This is accomplished through collaboration and building trust with other parts of the organization. 
•    Project management experience using Agile methodology.
•    Certifications on Lean Six Sigma, other Continuous Improvement framework is a plus.
