In this role you are responsible for leading a team of experts in the development of innovative, creative and compelling infrastructure and data management solutions required to win profitable new business for Atos. You are the single point of contact for our valuable clients, Sales Manager and Client Executive for the purpose of developing solutions consistent with the winning strategy related to new business and deal renewals. You actively participate in bid activities and in customer offer negotiations.

 

Your responsibilities

 

  • Analyze client requirements
  • Define the solution strategy based on Atos portfolio in alignment with our Sales
  • Build a technical solution concept considering the cost-benefit factor
  • Deepen the solution design in collaboration with the technical experts
  • Prepare, present and negotiate the solution with the client as well as Atos management
  • Refine the solution based on client feedback
  • Hand over the solution to the transition project teams for the successful transition of the engagement to a steady-state delivery model

 

Your profile

 

  • You successfully completed your university degree in computer science, communication engineering or a related field, a supplementary degree in economics is an advantage
  • Working experience in Telecom Industry fixed and mobile (3-5G) , preferable Core Network, Transmission, Access Network, VAS Platforms and Network Function Virtualization NFV as well as Open Stack IT Architecture
  • Good understanding of specific Industry drivers (e.g. Telco-Cloud, Virtualization of telco assets, O-RAN, M2M, IoT)
  • Proven track in architectural design and delivery of Telekom projects, products and solutions
  • Work and team lead experience with cross country and cross functional design teams
  • Strong ambition to drive the whole design cycle: define key requirements, identify the right team, create the initial picture, drive and moderate decisions with team members, defend solutions towards customer
  • You have solid knowledge of the AT telecom market and the main supplier landscape
  • Strong communication and team management skills in matrix organization
  • Experience in client executive communication
  • You are familiar with contract law, commercial facts and project management

 

Depending on your personal experience and education, we offer an annual gross salary from €75.000,- (full time)
